Initial Consultation

If your family dentist feels you may need endodontic treatment, your first appointment will be for a consultation. Our doctor will listen to you, examine the enhanced digital images of your tooth, and do vitality testing. He will then explain your diagnosis and treatment options. On occasion, endodontic treatment can be done the same day as the consultation.

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:

  • Your endodontic referral slip, and any X-rays you may have been given
  • A list of medications you are presently taking
  • If you have dental insurance, bring the necessary insurance card or information. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims.
  • If you have not completed the online information form and forwarded it to us online, please be prepared to provide this at the time of your consultation.

IMPORTANT: All patients under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit.
